I’m thrilled to share that I’m an Ambassador for the Allergy & Free From Show again this year! 

Join me at the NEC in Birmingham on 9th & 10th May 2026. The Allergy & Free From Show is the UK’s only dedicated health event focused on the free-from market. If you live a free-from lifestyle due to medical needs or personal choice, this is the show for you! 

I attended for the first time last year and absolutely loved it! It was wonderful to connect with so many people in the allergy community, explore the huge range of exhibitors, and listen to some fantastic talks. I’m even in this photo chatting with the lovely Billie Hoque!
