Huge shout out to Flex Dance in Hull!

Such a lovely club, where the kids get to enjoy street dance and musical theatre dancing in a fun, non-competitive environment. The staff are so friendly and really on it with allergies.

No snacks are ever given out in class and at the showcases, the children bring their own packed lunch. They are a nut free organisation but actually chat to the kids about foods which might contain nuts, which my girls thought was fab.

I felt so reassured after speaking to their teacher as she knew all the signs to look for and even mentioned the ABC checks. Such peace of mind for allergy parents. Thank you Flex Dance, the girls love it and so do we!
