I attended my first Allergy and Free From Show at the weekend and absolutely loved it!
It was so good catching up with lovely people in the allergy community again and met up with The Sadie Bristow Foundation, Julianne Ponan MBE, the Vitalite team, The Dairy Free Mum, @cara.and her.allergies, @freefromden, and @epicase.shop.
It was wonderful to see such a vast array of exhibitors and the girls were so pleased I got treats from Creative Nature!
The speaker line-up was excellent and I listened to some amazing talks. I felt so emotional listening to Tanya and Nadim Ednan-Laperouse OBE of Natasha Allergy Research Foundation share their story and just so thankful for all the work they do.
Being an allergy parent can be so lonely and it was fantastic to be able to speak to other mums who share the same experiences.Was so lovely meeting @butterfieldgreenhouse and am grateful to be a part of this supportive community where everyone helps each other navigate allergy life.
Finally thank you to The Allergy and Free From Show team for hosting such an inspiring event. I loved being an Ambassador and so excited for next year already!
